All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURNING PROCESS
For returning an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and tell us about it, we will take care of the return or replacement of your product. Shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
REFUNDS
After receiving your returned package and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
Hygiene related items cannot be returned or exchanged. For defective and damaged products please contact us and we will arrange your return or exchange in exceptional cases.
NOTE: Bow tie or Bandana are to be replaced or returned only when received damaged.
